Not the best
3/5 The air conditioner was not working properly, found dirty sheets in the closet, master bedroom bed was too low to the floor not comfortable at all.

-We strived to accommodate this guest's needs. The guest booked the property for a graduation celebration and contacted us in advance to confirm that this would be acceptable, despite our no-party policy. We made an exception to allow their celebration and also provided a picture of the living area to ensure it was suitable for their decorations.
-During the guest’s stay, we did not receive any communication regarding concerns with the A/C unit. The unit was recently serviced, and any issues had been addressed before the guest's arrival.
-Similarly, there was no communication about any issues with the cleanliness of the sheets. We would have promptly addressed any such concerns had they been brought to our attention.

4/5 House was very clean and as advertised. It was sparsely stocked with kitchen items but lots of extra blankets and bedding. The pool does not have a heater so most likely not usable during the winter months as the water was quite cold. The property manager was very good to work with. We would consider staying there again.
