It was what we needed for the week for football tournament. Four bedrooms worked perfectly for the 2 families sharing them. Pool kept the 4 boys aged 7, 13,14 and 20 busy while late night swims were welcomed by the moms. Did a bunch of cooking saved money from eating out. Host fixed a couple minor problems right away on first day. One negative was even thou listing said good for 8 people but only big plates for 6 people. Dishwasher was used often.Only pool towels for 6 we used bathroom towels but with the washer and dryer it was easy to wash
Simple but very useable place. Just minutes away from all 3 fields boys played on. Nice to see security gates at entrance. Good to see security cars driving around at night.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was exceptional clean and had everything we needed. I was surprised at how they took the time to create different styles with the towels in the bathroom and on the bed. Nelson was awesome in answering any questions I had. We all were very pleased and would stay again. Thanks

No garage access. Landscaping poor. Needs plastic glassware for pool. One room with no furniture. Needs a little TLC.

- All guests have access to the garage by manually pulling the bar and lifting the garage door. The keys for the garage are located in the home which is accessible via the home by keyless entry. We apologize if this caught you off guard. We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - the local contact would have been happy to assist with any of these issues.
- As seen in our listing photos, we have furniture in all of our rooms. We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised.
- We appreciate your suggestions on areas of improvement and plan to make the appropriate changes where necessary. We appreciate you letting us know of your concerns as it gives us the means to improve and provide 5-star experiences moving forward.
We arrived and were immediately hit with a pungent cigarette/marijuana smell that was overpowering. It smelt like cleaning products were trying to mask the smell but it was just too strong. We decided we could not cook in because it was just not enjoyable to be in the house with the smell. Also on the first day we had to text the property manager as all 3 toilets in the unit were not flushing. They sent someone over to fix it.Overall the golf was awesome next time we will not be staying at this house

- The guest before you broke the rules and smoked in the house, we thought that the efforts made before you arrived had taken care of the problem. We had the entire house cleaned and deodorized, including all rugs to resolve the smell issue. We are sorry for the inconvenience
- We are happy that we were able to take care of the toilet issues while you were in the home

This is just a rental house that offers very little amenities you would expect from a VRBO house. Examples include no dish soap, minimal kitchen supplies, poor quality towels. The screens in the pool area were missing or hanging down allowing birds and other critters and the house needs paint inside. We arrived on a Friday, which was trash pickup day but the bins were not taken out so we had full bins and little space for our trash. The cleaning crew was there that day but didn’t put the trash out.We would not stay there again.

- We have many cooking supplies available for our guests. These include cookware, utensils, small appliances, glasses, etc.
- As is standard in the vacation rental industry, we provide a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies.
- We have new towels in the locked closet. We apologize that they were not left out for you before your arrival.
- The pool screen was just replaced last August after the hurricane. We'll ensure it's installed correctly.
- As shown by the photos, the inside of the house was painted in 2020.
