Bait and switch
3/5 First of all, the pictures depict a home that is in pristine condition and it was far from that. The sofa in the living room looked like something from a beat of fraternity house. All the cushions had rips in the seams and the white foam was exposed. We were hoping to have a chill night filled with grilling and hanging out on the patio. Unfortunately, the grill was broken and the screeded in patio was so filthy, we were all uncomfortable being out there. The yard was terrible, the wood deck was in poor condition and stained, and there was trash and old rugs piled up in the yard! The sheets were cheap and pulled up, and none of the beds had top sheets, only fitted! Also, the towels were so low quality, my college kids even remarked at how horrible and flimsy they were. The front door doesn’t seal properly, leaving a gap big enough for a variety of bugs to enter. We came home late one night and saw a big roach in the kitchen, we took a picture of it! The only positives I can give this place is the beds were comfortable, the fall decorations were cute and the location was decent. I would never stay here again or recommend to a friend!

5/5 We loved staying here and it was super close to everything, as we were in for a family wedding! The house was great and even better than the pictures indicated. We will definitely be back when in Gainesville next!
