Comfortable neighborhood experience
5/5 Very clean, well maintained. There is a large shaded privacy fenced in backyard to relax and enjoy your morning coffee with birds chirping, squirrels and our morning bunny rabbit visits.

Great place!
4/5 Loved this little house! It had a lot of charm, clean and perfectly lovely. I use VRBO because I like to cook, so as a cook, wished there were more kitchen provisions. Also tissues would be nice and a little maintenance needed on refrigerator filter, front door outside light bulb. The garage needs an automatic opener. As a short person I couldn’t use it.! But would I stay here again? YES ABSOLUTELY! Only your own home is perfect and this place was very nearly perfect for my stay!

Enjoy your stay
5/5 It was an amazing stay! We had perfect communication, and the house is very well kept with enough of everything you may need. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked with everything I needed. The neighborhood is probably a bit on the lower middle class side, but that’s just for info- wouldn’t prevent me from going again. Felt very safe, and it was easy to find (arrived when it was dark). I would stay again- very clean and homey!!

Very cute property!
5/5 The house was very clean and the decor was great! We stayed nearly two weeks and got to see our daughter and grandkids every day-a perfect Christmas holiday!

Great trip even with a tropical storm
5/5 This was the cutest place I've booked and it was the perfect place for a quick trip to Gainesville to check out UF! Even though there just happened to be a tropical storm we made the best out of it. The only thing I would recommend is if you have girls in your group bring a mirror! 3 Girls trying to all get ready at once was a bit hard with only one bathroom! Will definitely be back!
