  Area was a little questionable but once we got into the house it was great. Clean and layout was perfect for us. Only problem we had was in the masters bath. The shower water didn’t get very warm.

  Not even sure where to start. Entrance-open area (living room, dining room, kitchen) -loved the set up and perfect for the dinner party we had except for the broken dining room chairs (don’t sit on broken chairs), and the dust bunnies on the walls.

  Bedrooms-small and not completely cleaned (pills found under the beds), dust bunnies on the walls, mattresses on camping bed frames in 2 bedrooms. Uncomfortable mattresses.

  Bathrooms-master bath had no cold water just boiling hot water from shower. Shared bathroom was extremely tiny.

  Air conditioning never kept the house cool below 75 even when it was set at 65.

  No table, chairs or grill were under the metal roof on the back porch until I complained at which time I was told those items were never there-but they were pictured on the photos of the home and they were in a trash pile against a fence in the yard and then I was told prior guests destroyed them, but owner finally got them and brought them to the house. Butt dial phone call from owner was interesting to say the least as wife was overheard saying “get those f***ing people out of there and why are you buying these things to take to the house”, “these f***ing people need to just leave and get out of the house” at which time I hung up on the call and had NO contact with the owner again.

  Yard (both front, back and around the pool) was totally unkept- needed cut, needed fire ant control done, needed garbage cleaned up from around the outside of the house, needed cat poop piles removed and other insect control needed down outside. Patio had fire ants and roaches running around. We actually bought bug control and sprayed it ourselves because it was so bad. Fire ants by and on the sidewalk around the pool-supposedly sprayed but they were still there. So we sprayed them again. Black wood chips filled the pool everyday and the pool was dirty on the next day after arrival. There is a glue spray that can be sprayed on the wood chips that will prevent them from blowing in the pool. Weeds were growing and black plastic was torn up around the pool. Diving board frame was there but no diving board. No rope in pool to show where 3 ft water went to 8ft and slope was very slippy. Bug scooping net was broken, so I opened pool storage container and got a different one out to use. Front door was not easily unlocked or relocked-took several attempts everyday. Wi-Fi connection was very sketchy. Hardly any a/c in master bedroom or master bath. None in master bath hallway.

  We stayed for 7 nights. It’s the perfect house for a family getaway. Close to several beaches. We will definitely book again.
