Beautiful home, but needs work…
3/5 The home is beautiful, but the AC did not work it was at a high of 83 throughout the day. The fridge was dirty and there were cob webs above the cabinets. We loved the backyard and the ability to use the grill

Hi Tiffany, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize for any issues you encountered during your trip. After reviewing your feedback, we reached out to the homeowner, and they would like to share the following:
-The refrigerator was thoroughly cleaned, as it is after every guest. Any cobwebs, typically in hard-to-reach places, will be promptly addressed.
-Regarding the A/C issue, was currently resolved by our HVAC company, who were on-site working to fix the problem. There was an issue with airflow due to the guest not leaving bedroom doors open as instructed. Additionally, two fans were provided to aid airflow, but unfortunately, guests turned them off contrary to instructions. The temperature in the house reached eighty-three degrees temporarily due to these factors.
-While we strive to ensure all guests enjoy their stay, we kindly request that our house rules are respected and the property is treated with care. Unfortunately, we encountered an unexpected situation involving spilled items, which caused significant inconvenience.
Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.Enjoyable
4/5 We enjoyed our stay. There were obvious areas that needed attention that would make this property more desirable. First impression was, we thought we made a mistake.Curb appeal was not maintained or spruced up. The grass was uncut, backyard had debris on the patio but ok other misc. touchups needed. BUT inside was very impressive. Super updated and spacious. The cleanliness was dinged because we had a few seasonal bugs that we had to chase behind the furniture revealing it hadn’t been cleaned back there. We are grateful that we could bring our pets. The house was not showing any signs of pet hygiene problems (no odor or stains). Overall very nice home inside. The walking track and trail right behind the home was AWESOME, definitely the highlight of the location.
