Hutchinson Island stay
5/5 The property is excellent, both in amenities and in location. We enjoyed having Pepper Park and the Navy SEAL Museum in walking distance. The Fort Pierce State park is also super nice. We especially enjoyed sitting on the dock and fishing.
Would recommend and will likely stay there again in the future.

Great location but...
4/5 Upon arrival, we noticed that the grounds needed a little upkeep and the back of the house was rotting but we weren't staying outside so on to the interior. Inside, the house was very roomy and spacious and definitely had everything you needed for a great stay on the island. However, the interior of the house needed upkeep. Missing/broken light fixtures, with exposed wiring cabinetry in Kitchen needing repair, and the overall cleanliness was not too great. The front bathroom had an "appearance" of being clean i.e. sanitation tape across the toilet but the toilet was dirty and so was the floor & the sink. For the price we paid, i would have expected alittle more attention to detail and a better maintained property.
