  We did not realize that Fort Meyers was the center of Ian. No nearby restaurants, vendors, beach access, pool. Biggest problem was that 2 emails to property manager resulted in no update to the door access code. Called the day of arrival and found out the code was not what we expected. What would have happened if I never called? Why did no one reach out to me about the door code change of plan? Also found the Roku useless. It was difficult to learn and did not have stations I usually watch. The condo was very clean and the towels were marvelous. We completed the cleaning list but it seemed excessive given the cleaning fee charged.

  - Thank you for your comments on the cleanliness and we're glad you enjoyed the towels! Those small details are important to us. To clarify, the pool was full restored and open as of 3/21/23 for guest use
  - We always update access codes before guest's arrival, as there are other guests staying there, and we want to reduce risks of liability and/or invasion or privacy. If you were to arrive and the code didn't work as planned, we're more than happy to take your call and help you out. However, this typically is a seamless transition so we're sorry about the confusion you experienced for your check-in
  - The TVs are Roku SmartTVs, where guests can login to their own apps/streaming services from home to access them. This has become preferred by most guests over regular cable TV, but it's possible to still access most stations from Roku. We apologize that this didn't meet your preferences
  - As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like removing their own trash, as part of checkout. The cleaning fee goes to a professional service that sanitizes and prepares the home for each new guest.
  We’d love the chance to provide you with a truly 5-star travel experience, so please let us know if there’s anything we can do to help the next time that you book a vacation rental.

  Looking for a clean, quiet and centrally located vacation rental on Ft Myers Beach? Definitely reserve this 2-bedroom/bath condo. The contact person in FL sent me all the info I needed 2 days before we left. She was available anytime. The condo is fully appointed. Toaster? Check. Blender? Check. Knife set? Check. It had more than what I expected. What I appreciated the most is that it’s high season/Spring Break and the beautifully maintained pool wasn’t crowded at all. And plenty of loungers, tables and umbrellas. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

• Lovely complex but "contact person" a waste of time.

  Well appointed unit, comfortable bedding, ample nice quality linens & towels, well stocked kitchen, cute balcony but had to keep adjusting sliding glass door that went off track easily and was difficult to lock. Coffee pot filled with stale coffee and white mold floating in it. BIG PROBLEM was unit advertised having internet and 3 TVs, but the internet was not accessible and Hulu TV's could not be used. Also lacking batteries in some TV controllers.Had I known ahead of time there was no internet I would have brought a DVD player or other apparatus so we could have had music and some entertainment during our stay. Our "contact" talked a good story but never showed up over our 5 day stay to resolve the internet/TV issue and never brought the batteries. Though without the internet the batteries were a moot point. Needless to say we were very disappointed.
