  Upon arrival there were issues unlocking the back door to pool...Called Stu & was assured the door would open just a tricky lock eventually got the door open & just left unlock for our stay to avoid further issues.

  House is on the market & during our stay the pool cleaner & lawn maintence were done

  Ants were on the counters & floors. This house is by no means ready to be on the market...

  -The back door lock can be tricky, but we're glad you were able to get it open.
  Regular lawn maintenance and pool cleaning are scheduled to keep the property in top condition, but we understand it might have been an inconvenience during your stay.
  -Ants can be a common issue in South Florida, especially during certain times of the year.

• Great place to stay for a family vacation!

  We booked this property for our yearly family vacation. I have to say it was perfect for us ! We had 6 adults, a baby and our fur babies with us on this trip, and the house fit us all comfortably !! The house was so well stocked with everything we could have needed. The best out of any other place we have stayed. The pool was great to have for everyone, and was very clean. The canal in the back was perfect to sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee and watch the iguanas, birds and fish jump. The neighbors were so nice, and we enjoyed talking with them too. I gave the cleanliness a 4 only bacuse there were two piles of dog poop on the back porch area we had to clean up when we got there. We had a little issue with the pool heater also when we got there, but the property owner was very easy to communicate with and we promptly got it fixed. The location of the property is set perfectly in between Hollywood beach and Fort Lauderdale beach. The drive to Miami beach wasn't too bad either. If you bring your fur babies I totally recommend Performance pup to take them swimming. The water is beautiful and clear. We had a hard time finding a beach that would allow them, and the one that did was so crowded with aggressive unleashed dogs. Our dogs LOVED Performance pups, and it was only 12 minutes from the house !! Overall I would totally stay here again, and would recommend this property to anyone ! Our family really enjoyed ourselves !

  Great clean place . Everything we needed .Pool looked good but the weather was not good for swimming the 2 days we were there , the screened in back was nice no mosquitos .
