It's simple.
4/5 Overall, we hardly spent any time here, so it was perfect for just a place to shower and rest your head. 1. Finding the place was slightly challenging. we had to ask the neighbors for directions. I feel it would help tremendously if there was a clear sign on the cabin facing the roadway.2. Super simple getting into the house no problems.3. It clearly needs a little extra minor maintenace, but like I said before perfect for resting purposes.4. The hot water doesn't last long.5. Alot of extra linen thrown in the closet. One of the wash clothes I grabbed out clearly looked dirty & the rest was hard to tell whether it was clean or dirty. 6. Very small space & bathroom is definitely not fit for a tall person. "I'm 5'8 and hit the ceiling with my hands showering.

Not as advertised
2/5 Place was much smaller than listed. Screen porch is not part of the back end of the unit we rented. Listing said it was. Very disaapointed. It was the back half of the unit, not the entire building as pictured. Not at allnwhat we were looking for. And price after fees was more than a local hotel room with much larger living space. No water access either. The docks were walking distance away. Light bulbs were out in fam and over the only sink in the unit. Water heater was under the bunk beds. Melted a plastic bag laying under the bunk, not ideal for sleeping or storage. Would not rent again.
