Solo R&R Trip
5/5 This rental was a great little house for a some rest & relaxation! I've had a lot of experience with rentals, and it is sometimes difficult to find a 2BR house with a pool in FL. They are usually 3/4BR and are much more expensive. So I was very happy to find this little gem. Things I really enjoyed: the pool and lanai area (great couch & chairs and loungers!) the location (close to Englewood Beach and Farlow's on the Water ;) ) the living area & giant TV, the very reasonable price, and great communication with Annie the property manager. The only negative was the bed in the primary BR was too hard; I woke up with a backache each morning. But all in all, this really was the perfect rental for a couple or small family.

Very relaxing!
5/5 Great place, and just as described. Very clean and welcoming. Pool and outdoor sitting areas were phenomenal, perfect for those that want to be in the water or those who would rather just sit and relax with plenty of seating, and the double outdoor fans made daytime very comfortable appreciated.

Everything was perfect
5/5 Accomodations were very comfortable and clean. Very tastefully decorated as well. Annie was exceptionally helpful. We wish it had one more bedroom so we could bring extended family.

best relaxing get away
5/5 We absolutely loved this property. It had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee and evening dinners after grilling out. We loved the privacy of the backyard. The grilling area is so quaint and a great area for a nice dinner. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Very well maintained and detailed home! We will visit again for sure!
