  I chose this property because it looked handicapped friendly from the post. Let me add more details that aren’t mentioned. The second shower not shown is a walk in shower with a bench it has one 6” step to enter. One 4” step at front door threshold. The lanai has the biggest steps one 6” at door threshold and one larger 8-10” step down to main lanai. No step to lanai if you use outside access around the left of house to screen door and the dock is handicap accessible but narrow. House was amazing with lots of room to manuvuer walkers etc.

• Peaceful

  We really needed a place to rest and enjoy our family members and the surrounding area. This was the perfect place for that. The house was very big so everyone could spread out and do different things or all be together at the table or around the tv watching football. It had everything we needed.

• Very comfortable home, just needed better cleaning.

  The home outside needed much work. The dock on the water had a 5-6 foot branch and other branches, and needed to just be swept off badly. Also the patio was the same. Needed to be swept. If there had been a broom, we would have done so. There was just a small 3 ft kitchen broom that we used to remove what we could. The floors inside could have definitely been cleaner. Kitchen appliances needed wiping down. The home is beautiful and the setting on the river is too. Just needed proper cleaning.

  Regarding the exterior, the area has recently experienced several storms, which can make it challenging to keep the dock and patio completely clear. We strive to maintain the outdoor spaces between guest stays, but I appreciate your comments and will review how we can better manage this in the future.
  
  As for the interior cleaning, I have spoken with our cleaning team, who followed their usual procedures. However, I take all feedback seriously and will ensure they review their process to maintain the high standards we aim for. I also wanted to clarify that cleaning supplies, including a broom, vacuum, and Swiffer, are available in the kitchen's broom closet for guest use.

• Relaxing comfort

  From opening the front door to unlocking the patio glass doors leading to the terrace all we said was wow. We stayed for six days and visited Swampy’a, Blue Gator, Gruff’s, and left The Front Porch for last because — PIE ! The comfortable, spacious home is centrally located to all we wanted to do. 4 adults had plenty of space and comfort. I think 6-8 would be comfortable. Direct access to the river. The photos don’t do the property justice.
