Great Location
4/5 We spent a lot of time in the condo due to daily rain. Overall was a good stay for 2 adults but could get a little crowded if there are more people. GREAT communication with the onsite manager. We were also able to check in early which was a huge benefit since we had cold groceries. Great location you can walk to the beach. The condo was a little dated compared to others but still not bad. Could use a deep cleaning and filter changes based on build up on the ceiling.

2/5 The sofa needs to be replaced. It felt like you were going to sink to the floor when you sat on it. The floors were very dirty. The twin mattresses need replacing.
It was very nice to be able to drive to the property’s beachside parking lot and walk to the beach though,

5/5 Our family of four had a great time and enjoyed the property, ease of access to the pool and quick drive to the beach (we could have walked).
The beach was wonderful and the water color was beyond our expectations. It was very helpful to have a wagon, cooler, chairs and umbrella available so we didn't have to travel with our own.
We'd stay again and recommend for other families.
