Good location.
4/5 Good location with regard to beach shopping. However, train tracks are DIRECTLY behind the house..be prepared to hear it. Interior nice but exterior needs upkeep. Had an issue with no hot water. Management responded within the hour.

Great place in DelRay
5/5 It is unassuming form the outside.
The pictures are exactly what it looks like on the inside. Newly remodelled and very clean.
Beds are comfortable and kitchen has most of what you need to cook some meals.
Stores and beach are close so everything is within your reach.
Thank you for a great stay, we will stay agin of it's available.

A wonderful place! Quiet neighborhood, easy access to beach, shopping and restaurants.
4/5 The house is very comfortable; kitchen, bath and bedrooms had all the small details (things you forget you need until you reach for them). The mattress in the master bedroom was especially comfortable. This is not under the owner's control --- there are trains that run behind the house and if you are a light sleeper this could be problematic. But we weren't bothered by them, after the first night (otherwise I'd give this a 5). We will definitely stay here again.
