CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Please park in front of the building upon arrival. You don't need to stop at the front desk
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 0630. After entering the code, press the lock button in the middle of the keypad to open the door
- Please press the middle lock sign to lock the door when leaving the unit
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the bins located near the elevators on the 2nd and 5th floors
- Wash and put away all used dishes, utensils, pans, etc.
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Return the parking pass where originally found inside the unit upon arrival
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors; please press the middle lock sign to lock the door when leaving the unit
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival

- Please keep all windows, doors, and patio doors closed when the HVAC system is actively heating or cooling
- Please use caution when opening the door facing the beach, as it may be windy outside

- 1 vehicle can be parked in the community parking lot right next to the south lot door on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not assigned
