  Don't just look at the nightly price but pay attention to the bottom line. It was still a good place to enjoy the beach. Pool and deck are being reconstructed so it is a very quiet condo and a quiet part of the beach.

• Comfortable yet Needs Attention to Details

  Four adults stayed at this property for 2 weeks. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner's fan seemed to run 100% of the time we were there, but it kept us cool.

  We utilized the shops across the street to purchase groceries and toiletries.

  The listing stated that linens, towels, toiletries, dishware, cups, etc. would be included. Upon check-in we had 3 bath towels, 0 washcloths, 0 beach towels, 0 extra bed linens, 3 coffee mugs, 0 glasses, a few plates, 0 soap/shampoo/conditioner, and 2 rolls of toilet paper.

  I texted the contact per instructions to obtain more towels, and after several days we finally received a large trash bag with mismatched bath and beach towels, kitchen rags, and washcloths. They smelled as if they were stored in a room or car with someone who smoked.

  We took our sheets to a local laundromat to be washed after week 1 since no sheets were included in the bag.

  We also could not get the internet/wifi to work; so, no TV.

  The overall resort is fairly run down. We expected no amenities due to the hurricane a few years ago, but we learned that the owner of the resort is refusing to repair the amenities and there is a lawsuit underway. We were concerned with the elevators since only 1 seemed to be running, and its certificate was expiring the day after we checked out. No idea if a new certificate was issued.

  Would we stay here again? Maybe, for a lower price and with enough supplies for # of guests.

  This place was everything we needed for our stay! The building was under major construction/renovation but we were adequately notified of this prior to booking.

  I had a wonderful time, we loved the super comfortable room, everything was spectacular, we enjoyed every day we were there from 05/24/24 to 05/27/24 and if I had the opportunity I would come back again. Thank you very much 🙏

  Overall, it was a good stay I. Enjoy the access to the beach right next to the resort. However, the immensities the pool. The property is all under construction and it's very inconvenient when it comes to moving around the resort. The room was Decent.

  And with access to the stores across the street, you're able to get all the supplies that you will need because the room had none.
