Close to Pictona for Pickleball.
4/5 The property inside was very clean and well-stocked. The furniture and the beds were very comfortable.When we got back from the Pickleball tournament on our third night, the air conditioning has stopped working. I phoned the contact person he was unable to help us that night. There were three remote controls for the TV system in the living room. Some of the remotes worked, some did not. There should’ve been instructions for how to use the TV system in the living room.

Nice, quaint house with good location
4/5 It is definitely an older home, but the owners have done a nice job maintaining the property. No washer and dryer (which we knew from the listing). Also there is no garbage disposal. These are not deal breakers, but just something to be aware of if you are traveling and need these things. It is a quiet neighborhood and it is less than 10 minutes from the speedway and from the boardwalk/beach. Can't complain too much. It is Daytona...so expect Daytona is all I can say.

Perfect spot!
5/5 My sister and I traveled to Daytona Beach to visit our ailing mother who lives near the golf course. This house location was within 10 minutes from her house and allowed my sister to work from home while we were there. The kitchen was well appointed and suited our needs. Our property contact assisted us with a minor tv access issue quite quickly after being contacted. We would definitely consider this home for any future trips!

Rolex 24hr race.
5/5 Looked for a house to stay in for the rolex 24hr race, that was close to Daytona race track. This was very close and easy to get back and forth to track. Nice clean house worked great for us.

5/5 We wanted a house close to Daytona speedway for me to go back and forth to watch a race. The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Lot of food close by too.
