CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- There is a $35 one-time resort fee that is paid upon arrival
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- ID verification is required at time of check in. Guest must be the reserving party, no others allowed to check in without the primary otherwise the booking will be cancelled and no refunds given due to policy violation.
- The property is located in a gated community. To access the community and receive parking passes, check in at the clubhouse
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- The community pool code is 8143
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- While this property offers step-free entry and a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor along with the main living spaces, stairs are required to access the 2nd-floor bedrooms and bathroom
- The pool can be heated for an additional nightly fee. If you wish to have the pool heated but have not yet paid the fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

-- AMENITY INFORMATION:
- The community amenities are available for a one-time fee per house per reservation. The fee for 1-12 guests is $35 and the fee for 13+ guests is $45
- The amenity access fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when you check-in. The primary guest will need to provide:
- The rental property address, check-in and check-out date, the number of guests, identification that matches the reservation name, and license plate information for the primary vehicle
- The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted
- You will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, you will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym
- Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked
- After-hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the amenity access fee to gain access to the pool the next day
