4/5 A few problems but ok. We have stayed at Regal Palms 3 times now we like the place. The unit we stayed at this time had a great location. Short walk to the pool.

Davenport Home
3/5 House was fine. Beds were comfortable. Pool and amenities were good.
Air could not be turned down below 70, which made the bedrooms hot to sleep. It says the property managers will respond 24/7 but they do not. I txt and called on Sat and then got one message back on Sunday and no response after that when I responded to their message, still have not gotten a response.
So if you like it below 70 when you sleep, don’t stay here.

We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues with the cooling during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
From the Owner; Hi Austin, we explained to you that when the temperature is set below 70 it causes issues with the system and can back up into the furnace and shut off the whole system. We have found that if we set it at 70 degrees this is usually not too hot for our guests and things are fairly comfortable. We have made some adjustments to see if this will help the issue and will consider adding verbiage to the listing. We apologize for the inconvenience and that this resulted in a low review of our property.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!Great stay
4/5 Good location. The lazy River was closed for maintenance when we were there. Nice place to stay otherwise.
