Tad disappointing
4/5 First, the information we were given had the pool heating charges at $50/day. When I called to have pool heated I was told the charges had risen to $80/day. Out of the 6 days we requested the pool was only heated 3 days. We will never trust Encore managed VRBO's again! What a ripoff! We requested a refund but have yet to see any $$ refunded.
