  We have just completed our rental with Evolve and I must say I was pleasantly surprised.

  Prior to booking with Evolve I han never heard of this company but was on my phone looking for last minute accomodations in the Orlando area and somehow found a conversation of people who were planning to list their homes with Evolve so I decided to do a search and landed on their home page.

  I decided to go with them by faith because our plans were somewhat last minute about 6 weeks out and I needed to be able to make 2 payments instead of 1 payment usually require in full of within a short period of time to arrival and Evolve allowed that.

  After making the initial deposit payment I decided to check reviews since I forgot to do so prior and when I started reading some of the reviews really concerned me and I was wondering if I had made a mistake by using a company I was not familiar with.

  When we arrived several hours after check in time, our check in was fast and efficient with the signing of a few papers with pertinent information and receiving access bands and pool towel cards.

  Upon entering our unit it was very clean, the air conditioning was on and it was a very pleasant place to come to after a long tiring day of traveling. The resort had a pool with a lazy river, restaurant and bar, ice cream shop, game room and work out room.

  I was thankful that in our case the bad reviews didn't reflect our experience. There were a few things to take note of as the dressers had some sort of tape looking white patches on them and a kitchen false drawer was cocked at an angle leaving a gap in the bottom but hardly visible from the top and the folding closet door in one room was off track at the top but none of this negatively affected our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable but the master bed was really firm and the comforter had a 3 inch tear in it but we slept very well.

  All appliances were in working order and everything was as advertised. Check out was a breeze and the staff at the resort were very kind and pleasant.

  Our unit was at the Regal Palms resort in Davenport Florida.

  We followed all directions for maintaining the unit and left it almost as clean and orderly as we found it.

  From this first positive experience I would use Evolve again should the opportunity arise.

  Kudos to Regal Palms resort for doing an awesome job of having a great place for people to vacation.

  We only stayed 2 nights. Seems like a great place for a family vacation to visit area attractions.

  Townhouse & amenities were clean & as pictured. However, no trash bags, toilet paper, detergent, etc as listed were actually available & the listed wifi was incorrect. Very poor communication from property manager after asking several questions. Our kids enjoyed the pool & TOWELS ARE PROVIDED at the front desk if you ask. Very strict rules in the pool area - no kids in the hot tub, everyone must have their band or they deny entry, and even drinks cannot be brought in. Nothing major that ruined our trip, we had a great time, just minor inconveniences. If TV is important to you, the tvs are not "smart" so consider bringing your firestick, etc.
