The property is not as described. The unit has electrical issues from light switches shorting when turned on and off along with loose outlets when plugging in an appliance as well as many burnt light bulbs throughout. The living room furniture has an offensive odor of perspiration and one of the beds mattress has a spring sticking through to catch your leg. The kitchen is a disaster with rust and corrosion on the stoves burners and extremely scratched and damaged cookware. The coffee maker should be marked as "use at own risk" due to the amount of corrosion and rust on it. The toaster has a green corrosion film inside the slots where bread goes. The front entrance door that a past reviewer mentioned about a large gap at the bottom of the door is still there, they obviously don't care about maintaining an investment. When reading the listing for this property, respect and care to the condo and a quiet atmosphere from guests is expected. Well, that certainly wasn't what we found from the surrounding "guests". Loud, obnoxious individuals who may have never traveled before and don't know how to conduct themselves. Some of the provided towels were stained with something brown and left for use. Let your imagination figure that one out. I have been in contact with Evolve several times about this issue and I'm being promised a satisfactory settlement. This has been going on since August 20th and I believe this is going to be escalated for a resolution. In over 30 years of renting properties in the Orlando area, I have never had such terrible experience. Who ever owns or manages this property should find a new line of work. Renter beware.

- We've thoroughly inspected the condo after your departure and have replaced the light switch that was causing problems. There were no other electrical issues in the unit.
- While other guests have not previously raised concerns about the condition of our kitchen equipment, we take your feedback seriously. We are actively looking into purchasing more durable cookware and will replace it as soon as possible to improve the overall experience for our guests.
- We sincerely apologize for any disturbances caused by other guests in the building during your stay. While this is something beyond our control, we wish you had reached out to us for assistance. Our aim is to ensure that our guests have a peaceful and enjoyable stay, and we would've done our best to address the situation promptly.

While the location was nice, the unit needs a little updating. Front door has large gap underneath. The unit was spacious with TV’s in all rooms. However, the TV in the master bedroom did not work. There were no hangers in any of the closets. The unit is stocked more for weekly renters than longer term. Only enough dishwasher pods and washing machine pods for a week were supplied so we had to purchase our own. Cutlery was a mishmash with few spoons. Glasses consisted of one wine glass and a mishmash of others. Master toilet was dripping constantly. Probable needed a new flapper. The stove works, but needs to be fixed or replaced. The fridge, with it’s ice maker, worked wonderfully. I would stay in this location again, just not in this unit.

-While we do accommodate a well-stocked home with enough paper goods, including trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and essentials to accommodate the house occupancy, guests may have to purchase their own additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups
Our property manager checks all TVs and remotes in the home as a routine before a guest's arrival time. All of the TVs in the home were working before and after your check-in
-We have inspected the the stove and it is fully functional it shouldn't be a concern for future guests
-We are sorry that you felt the silverware did not match. We furnish the kitchen with the basic supplies and glasses and silverware for home occupancy.
-Communication is highly important to us and we are always readily available to answer any questions or concerns, we never got a call or a word response. We are always available should guests need anything while in residence
-Thanks for bringing this to our attention and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the hangers since this is not consistent with our expectations. We have passed this along to our property manager to make sure they will uphold our high standards and that nothing will be overlooked in the future

Got a lot of value for the money. Apartment was wonderful. Had everything that we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely love to come back.

The location was great. Nice and quite relaxing pool area and kid friendly. Close to different places to shop. Just suggest the cleaning crew do a better job.

There are a lot of Airbnb options in the area with better accommodations for the price. The blinds in our apartment didn’t work. There were lights that didn’t work. There weren’t enough towels or tissue for a 3 bedroom. Worst of all, the main pool and work our facility were down for construction work and neither the apartment manager or owner mentioned this or offered any reduction in rate because of the lack of these accommodations, even though the apartment advertised them. My sense is the apartment manager never visits the apartment so much hey have no idea what’s going on and therefore are not helpful. Below average experience.
