  The home was nice comfortable bud the bed need to be replaced to uncomfortable and the pool need maintenance instead of blue it look’s green the paint it need a retouch

  - We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property, including the pool area. The pool has green tiles so there is a greenish tint to the water, however, we can assure you that the pool is cleaned regularly for all of our guests.
  - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past. We're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences and we have gone ahead and replaced the mattress based on your feedback.
  - We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays. Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

  House was nice. Only complaint is there's no sugar or salt suppled. Which is pretty common for other rental to have on hand. You have to bring everything. Bought a rice cooker to use, but left for future guests to use. That's not a big deal. Another unusual thing happened was code to gate community didn't work on our second day there, but local contact was nice enough to help clear that up. Overall nice place will minimal complaint. We use again if back in Orlando.

  We spent the week in this home and had a great time. The house is a bit dated, some of the furniture could use repair or replacing, and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but overall the house was very clean and spacious. We only utilized the pool and game room a few times, but it was a great way to unwind after a long day in the sun. The property manager was quick to respond, professional, and friendly. The only drawback for us was the amount of travel time to the parks. The distance in miles to the furthest parks (Seaworld & Aquatica) was only about 20 miles, however the drive was nearly an hour with traffic. That said, it is peak summer season so traffic delays were to be expected and the cost saved staying a little further out (and not paying ridiculous host fees!) was worth the extra travel time in our opinion. We would definitely stay here again!
