Crystal River
3/5 Everything was good except for the mattresses. They were very uncomfortable. I suffer from chronic pain and didn’t get much sleep due to the lack of padding on the beds.

Florida Getaway
4/5 My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We were there for a month. The house had been completely remodeled and was fairly equipped with items needed for a month stay. All appliances were new and worked well. Located. In a good area for biking and walking which we did daily. We played golf at several courses in the area. I only have two complaints. The floor , new vinyl plank, was very dirty and we had to sweep and mop. It had not been cleaned before we arrived. The couch and chair in the living room garage sale variety and the flat screen tv was old and did not have a good picture. I was concerned about the WiFi before arriving but it worked very well. Overall the house was well suited for us. Just needs cleaning between stays.

Not bad, good location!
4/5 Had internet and plumbing issues but owner was quick to fix. Guest contact was great with constant communication. House was nicely done, but we weren't aware it was well water until after arriving so the house constantly smelled like sulphur. I would recommend the home to anyone staying in the area, but might suggest they add ceiling fans and a garage door opener.

5/5 House is situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access Rainbow Springs and Kings Bay - Three Sisters Springs. Ocala National Forest is only an hour and twenty minutes away also to get to more Springs. The house has nice upgrades with brand new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer. Furniture is outdated, but in true Florida historic fashion, its all you need. House was clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen has basic pots/pans, crockpot, utensils. Overall we had a great stay and it is a nice place!
