• Good Overall with a few issues

  Pros: Everyone we worked / spoke with was super kind. The place was clean and just stocked enough for our 4 day stay. The property manager was extremely responsive and on top of any issues we had. The maintenance guy that was sent over was THE BEST. He was quick, kind, respectful, and helpful. Great location for launches and exploring Kennedy Space Center and the area!

  Cons: The place is a bit run down. The fenced in yard had a break so I couldn't let my dog off leash. The neighbor dogs seemed to be outside all the time and would go nuts when my dog was out. I was not notified until the day before our arrival that they do not let dogs on linens or furniture, knowing that prior to booking would have been a deal breaker and having to keep my dog off furniture was a lot of work! Finally, the last day the a/c when out. While the property manager made efforts to get someone to look at it no one could so it was quite warm! Luckily the 3rd bedroom has a window a/c so it could have been worse!

  Al in all, it's a great place in a good location. The people managing / working for the property definitely made up for any issues.

  There was no water for the entire stay and the host said she would refund me a portion of the price and I have yet to see any refund

Resolving issues promptly is our top priority, and we worked diligently to address the matter as soon as it came to our attention.
  
  Upon learning of the water pump issue, we took immediate action to rectify it, even scheduling repairs while you were out enjoying the beach on Saturday. While we were able to restore the water supply temporarily, it appears that further complications arose, for which I extend my deepest apologies.
  
  To mitigate the inconvenience, I offered both a late checkout and the option to check out early with a full reimbursement for your entire stay. Regrettably, both offers were declined. Furthermore, I followed up with our booking partner, Evolve, to ensure that your reimbursement was processed promptly, and it was indeed issued on April 15th, which was a day after you checked out on April 14th.
  
  I want to emphasize that water issues have never been a problem before, and we are taking steps to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and I am truly sorry for any disappointment you may have experienced. I hope that despite this setback, you were still able to enjoy your time at our property."

  The house was perfect and they provided everything they said they would plus then some. The entire stay was quite nice and well worth the price. I highly recommend renting this place if you have any business in Coco Beach or the surrounding area. The rules were very reasonable and simple. There were no unwelcome surprises or problems that weren't previously covered. My family really enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again.

  The property was not accurately portrayed in the photos! But for the most part it was a ok place to stay near our destination.
