Just a short 3-minute walk from Cocoa Beach, this bungalow provides unparalleled access to the crystal clear Atlantic. When stomachs start to rumble, walk a few blocks south and refuel on the Cocoa Beach Pier. With restaurants like Rikki Tiki Tavern hovering over the water, guests can feast on fresh seafood as they watch surfers tear up the waves.

Ever daydream of seeing sea turtles hatch? Brevard County has one of the highest sea turtle nest populations in the US and even the world, with almost 1 nest per meter of shoreline! See the sea turtles emerge from their shells and scamper down to the water during the dawn and pre-dawn hours. For the approximate 10% that don't hatch on their own under the light of the moon, rangers will release them between 6:30 - 7:30 AM. Turtles begin laying their eggs in May which will hatch in June, July and August! 

After spending the day shopping at the specialty shops of downtown Cocoa Beach, participate in one of the many special events that take place every weekend in Historic Cocoa Village. With celebrations including July 4th, BBQ & Blues, Halloween in the Village, craft fairs and more, the Village offers memorable evenings for the whole family.

As you watch a NASA shuttle break through the atmosphere at the Kennedy Space Center, you'll quickly realize that the space program is capable of anything. Located just 20 minutes from the property, the Kennedy Space Station is home to a plethora of museums, interactive space experiences, and of course frequent shuttle launches. You can even view the launches with your toes in the sand at the beach! While the schedule sometimes varies, they launch almost once per week.

Take a short 1-hour drive west on Route 528 and spend a day at the most magical place on Earth; Walt Disney World.
