Beautiful one floor home
5/5 House and pool were absolutely amazing! The house was stocked with more than I expected and had no serious problems. Only complaint was that it was during the month of July in Florida. I hadn’t been informed that the thermostat couldn’t be reduced from the programmed 70 degrees. It did make the visit a bit uncomfortable considering the heat and humidity. I’m going through menopause and prefer the interior of my own home to be a bit cooler. Overall all was great except for

5/5 The property manager was very helpful and responsive to my messages and concerns with our flight being canceled. The home is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Definitely a slice of paradise. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. I hope we can come back and stay for another vacation as we absolutely fell in love with Florida. Thank you

5/5 Wow! We had such an amazing stay. This home has everything you need and more. We enjoyed three sister springs. Riviera Mexican Restaurant has amazing food. Publix is so close to home. Thank you so much for a memorable weekend stay. This is truly a home away from home. we would gladly stay again in the future

Best hostess ever
5/5 We had such an amazing time. The amenities with this place are top notch. There were fully stocked toiletries, kitchen utensils, and more. Our trip was packed with memories and the place made it all possible. I recommend any and all families to this place!

Peaceful Simplicity
5/5 We very much enjoyed our stay at Simplicity. The home is everything advertised and we had no problems or issues during our stay. We took advantage of the bike trails in the area, visited the Manatees in Crystal Springs, and went to the Citrus Bowl in Orlando on New Year’s Day. Great location to venture out from.
