  The house is lovely, well furnished and clean. We traveled with 7 kids ages 3-17 and they LOVED it. Only great things to say about the house itself!

  Only reason for four stars is the gate situation to enter the neighborhood is highly problematic. Expect huge delays and traffic coming in anytime there is a wave of new check-ins dealing with the security guards. (We got stuck for nearly an hour coming home from the parks one evening.) And we also had an issue checking in at 1 am because our information had not been provided to security for us to gain access to the house. It was less than ideal after flight delays and a long drive from the airport to have to make frantic phone calls at 1 am. The property manager did answer despite the late hour and got it taken care of.

  10 am check out is also unusually early and there was no flexibility.

• The house is clean and well stocked. We loved the layout with two suites on the first floor and a kids play area and the remaining bedrooms upstairs with a living room and theater room.

  The property manager is easy to work with and any problems that we had, she was always available to correct. They have a nice welcome basket with starter items you need (TP, dish and laundry detergent, trash bag, etc). The only real issue that we had was the check in process. If you check in on a Saturday at 4:00 you will be waiting in a long check in line at the security gates. This process needs to be changed. It took us 45 minutes to get through the gates and after traveling all day that was not pleasant. They even had to call police to direct traffic at one point because there were so many cars in line and people were getting frustrated and cutting in line.
