Very disappointing
1/5 Upon entering the property, there was a strong urine odor throughout the home. We moved a couple of the throw rugs into one of the bedrooms, which helped somewhat. The pictures on the website did not offer an accurate depiction on the condition of the home. The outdoor furniture was old, dirty and some of the chairs had mold on them. There is an expressway behind the home, traffic noise was very loud and could be heard in the home as well-occasionally waking us at night. We definitely would not have rented the home if full disclosure had been given on the website. The property manager was quick to respond but unable to address the issues due to requiring the rental management to make decisions. We were offered a refund for one third of what we paid, but that was definitely not enough to come close to covering another rental.
