  When we got in there was still laundry on top of the dryer. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. No extra bags for garbage or extra dish soap or dish detergent.

  The dishwasher is full of dishes as I went to use it this morning. It was never emptied from the last guests …

  The WiFi has been glitching constantly while streaming. There is a growing ant hill in the large bedroom.

  We have stayed at multiple rentals in the area, this is by far the most disappointing experience we have had.

  -We use a professional cleaning company to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized between guests. The homeowner does a walk-through of the home before arrivals and we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in.
  -Pest control has since sprayed inside and outside to address the ant issue.
  -We always provide a roll of toilet paper on the holder and an extra roll on the back of the toilet in each bathroom. We supply essentials like paper towels, dishwasher soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap for each guest, which is above the standard for vacation rentals.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  We loved this house! Perfect for our family! The home is very spacious and comes with all of the amenities to make the stay pleasant with kids, including cable TV! Note, there was no cooking oil, coffee, or condiments provided, just salt and pepper. Aside from that, the kitchen was great for cooking. There were toiletries and laundry supplies provided.

  The house was nice, it was clean. House had a major smell of marijuana upon first arrival. Took a day to get the smell out of house and garage. Pool heater didn’t really work, so no swimming was done as the temp on the pool was never over 70 degrees. Owners or management have a timer on the pool heater so it only runs 8 hours a day and it is not enough time for pool to heat up.
