Excellent Property and Location!
5/5 My family stayed at the beginning of March 2024. Property was immaculate and beautiful. Additionally, the location of the property is very convenient to many different dining and shopping options. Property owner were very responsive, with the exception of one hiccup when two texts didn't go through to them in a timely matter. The questions were not overly consequential anyways, so it didn't matter too much. Overall, we all said we would definitely come back. We truly appreciate the professionalism of the hosts and the spotless condition of the property.

Cape Coral Summer Breeze
4/5 Nice, new house in area we needed to be. Only issue we experienced was that we chose the house based on the pool for our family enjoyment. The pool heater was not working during our visit, leaving the pool at 75 degrees. Needless to say, we did not use the pool.

Excellent Stay
5/5 My friend and I enjoyed our stay greatly! The place is in great condition, in a nice area, and communication with owner was very good. The only thing I wish is that the door leading to pool from the living room had a curtain of some kind. Other than that, everything else was perfect. Will definitely be staying here again when visiting the area!

5/5 My family & I really enjoyed our stay here! Easy check in and out. Clean. Kids loved the pool! Decorated beautifully. Pretty close to pretty much any stores we needed.
