  • Beautiful house but lack of communication

    beautiful house, clean but missing cutlery, glasses (3 forks, 4 knives, 1 wine glass). I sent several messages but no response! no tea towels...

  • We left early …

    I will start off by saying the home is beautiful, in a decent location and had we not ran into any problems we would not have left early or be leaving a negative review. The negative review is not for the owner but for the management company they have hired to oversee the property. We arrived and the garage was not accessible (which we weren’t told about) the management company would not respond to the code to get in from the laundry room so I just assume you are not going to be able to get in when you book this home, the pool water was NOT circulating and a tiny bit dirty, which we made them aware of immediately with no response until the following evening after I contacted Evolve. The management company said sorry we alerted the owners of the pools condition hopefully pool guy will arrive soon and fix the issues. We waited until Saturday (we arrived Thursday) and called the after hours # and talked to Justin who was very helpful. He said he contacted the owners again and the pool tech was not responding but it sounded like the filter was full or the pump was broken but that from the pictures it seems like this was an ongoing issue that the pool tech should have been able to see himself the week we checked in had he actually showed up before we arrived. Next, a storm came through the day of arrival and tore a piece of the screen so above the pool and patio area it allowed a bird and a lot of bugs in. Due to that we couldn’t sit outside. On Monday a screen company came out and repaired the screen rather quickly (we arrived Thursday) I contacted the management company with LOTS of phone calls, text messages and emails with NO response from Saturday. I contacted them no less than 20 times a day with absolutely NO response from them. Evolve’s finally credited me $300 and we left the property early. Also, there is a ring camera at the front door that comes on when it senses motion and several times I told the owner or whoever has access to the footage that their pool was messed up or the property management was really dropping the ball in hopes they would reach out but never heard anything. This was a trip for my daughter who turned 11 over our stay who due to the pool half of our family left two days after checkin.

    - We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay, particularly with the pool and the lack of communication from our management team.
    - Due to being located out of the area, we rely heavily on our Guest Contact and cleaning service to maintain our high standards. We understand that this did not happen during your stay, and we are working diligently to address this.
    - We have since begun working with a new Guest Contact and cleaning service to ensure that future guests do not experience the same issues.
    - Regarding the pool, we are addressing the ongoing maintenance concerns with the pool service provider to prevent future lapses in service.
    - We regret that the garage was not accessible during your stay, and we will ensure that future guests are clearly informed about the garage's availability.
    - The Ring camera is in place for security purposes, and we apologize if it added to your frustration. We are reviewing our processes to ensure better responsiveness to guest concerns moving forward.
    We appreciate your feedback as it allows us to improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience for you and future guests. Thanks again, and we hope that you keep us in mind for your future travels.

    My whole family stayed here (10 of us) in early March. We found the place to be very spacious and centrally located. We appreciated all the extra towels as my daughter swam from morning to night everyday. Also there was pool toys for her. We found everything we needed to cook with and all the beds were comfortable! I could rave all day about this place. If we ever come back we will most certainly rebook this place. Please don’t hesitate to book this home, it is stunning!

  • My Family’s Stay

    My family came in to celebrate my mother’s 100 birthday. Outside of house looked nice but both recycling and garbage cans were more than half full. I had to bring recycling to my house because there was no room in the can. Pool area was nice and everyone enjoyed the heated pool. When we went to grill our hamburgers and hot dogs there was no propane. Grill stayed on for 5 seconds then shut off. Kitchen area came up short on a few things. Dishwasher pods, can opener, no small or medium sauce pans. We could have used 2 kitchen towels. Creamer in the drawer turned when we use it in our coffee. Both deck of cards were missing cards. The master bedroom could use a box spring instead of having the mattress sit on the floor.

    The house inside was very nice and everyone had a good time. No problems with either of the bathrooms or the other 3 bedrooms.

    Sheets on all 5 beds NOT washed. Every bed had dirt and stains, that when we washed stains all gone. No deduction even offered. No cleaning products under sink to clean with.

    - When you made us aware of cleanliness issues, we promptly responded and sent our cleaning service back to the home to address your concerns, but upon her arrival you had stated you had put the sheets to wash and did not want her back in the home to check for the issues and remedy the problem, but we're sorry that this happened during your stay. Additionally, we can confirm that there was cleaning supplies, as I myself the owner purchased them and placed them underneath the sink prior to your arrival. Had we been made aware we would have been happy to help and let you know where they were located.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
