1/5 Sheets on all 5 beds NOT washed. Every bed had dirt and stains, that when we washed stains all gone. No deduction even offered. No cleaning products under sink to clean with.

Hi William, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- When you made us aware of cleanliness issues, we promptly responded and sent our cleaning service back to the home to address your concerns, but upon her arrival you had stated you had put the sheets to wash and did not want her back in the home to check for the issues and remedy the problem, but we're sorry that this happened during your stay. Additionally, we can confirm that there was cleaning supplies, as I myself the owner purchased them and placed them underneath the sink prior to your arrival. Had we been made aware we would have been happy to help and let you know where they were located.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.Very nice house.
5/5 Worked well for us. Wanted one with additional bathroom, but could not find one in area we were looking. A few suggestions would be a binder with instructions of what is expected when leaving, garbage day listed and complete instructions for TV control, list of a few of the closest grocery store with open times. Kleenex in more than just one bathroom, kitchen hand towels, kitchen sponge or something to wipe counters off, need more hangers, additional can for recycling in the house.

Awesome home!
5/5 Booked the nights for our family to go to my son and daughter in law baby shower. This place was beautifully decorated, had all appliances and accommodations we ever imagined. The patio and pool area was where we spent most of our time enjoying swimming , cooking and games. Excellent place to stay!
