Perfect escape
5/5 We stayed nine days at the property and it was beautiful. We had three kids (13, 12, 7), my husband and I, and our dog. The house is very well laid out and spacious. There are many great restaurants nearby and plenty of places to shop (we loved Farmer Joe’s). We enjoyed going to Fort Myers beach on several days, an easy drive from the house. On days when we stayed in, we loved the pool and spa (remember to purchase the heat) and my kids caught plenty of fish right on the canal-catfish, bass and gar. We will certainly be returning to the property again!
Cape Coral, FL Canal Front Villa
5/5 This villa is in a nice, quiet neighborhood; I felt safe taking the dog for a walk. Home was clean, the property manager was spot on, and the amenities all in working condition. Loved our stay, and will return if in the area again!!!

Beautiful home in nice location
5/5 The home was just as described and very clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub (make sure to specify whether you want the hot tub heated upfront because that’s not automatic). Fishing and enjoying our morning coffee by the canal was an added perk. As far as location, it’s a short drive to Ft Myers and Sanibel. It took us 30-40 minutes during Spring Break so I’m sure the drive/traffic is significantly reduced during a normal week. We also drove up to Siesta Key/Clearwater one day, which wasn’t too far either. Lots to do and beautiful beaches all relatively close by. The property owners were wonderful to work with and kept me informed over and above their property management company, which I really appreciated. I would definitely bring my family back here again!
