  Everything about our stay was wonderful. Used the pool and hot tub in the morning and at night. Bed was comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Thank you for a great place to stay

• Wonderful vacation. Wish I had more vacation time

  Home was great for us as we love hot tub and pool. Quiet neighborhood but close to main roads to explore area. Kitchen had utensils we needed to cook and grill our meals. Excellent vacation 👌 😎

• Unexpected Disappointments

  Upon arrival, we found that the promised heated pool and hot tub were not operational. It is a long story of repeated text and emails and text, but in the end, day 3 of 4, pool tech said they had to order a part which would take a long time. I did a google search of pool supply locations in Fort Myers & Cape Coral, and there are literally hundreds. Also, there are three TVs advertised. Primary bedroom, was not working at second day we found behind the wall mount a loose wire. After that occasionally it still would not work; we subsequently found that we had to actually unplug then replug and would work. In the third bedroom, the “Fire” tv ever worked. I booked this house for the hot tub and heated pool for knee therapy. The response from management company was, “sorry” and “out of our control.” That’s it. We did not receive what we paid for. Management and apparently owners, oblivious to customer concern. NO response.

  Hi Robert, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. It's regrettable that the heated pool and hot tub were not operational as promised, and we understand the frustration this caused, especially considering your specific need for knee therapy. The delay in resolving the issue was due to the whole panel that controls all the features of the pool and hot tub being bad and the panel needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, this was not an easy fix or something that could be picked up at a pool store. We had to schedule a technician to replace the panel, and the issue has since been resolved.
  - Regarding the TVs, while we only provide and advertise 2 flat-screen TVs, we acknowledge that any advertised amenities should be in working order for our guests. We have since addressed this with our management team to ensure thorough inspections are conducted before each check-in.
  We appreciate your feedback and hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the exceptional experience you deserve.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
