3/5 House was accommodating. Pool was very nice.Linens were all dirty upon arrival, had to be re washed and had to purchase more detergent to wash everything. All beds were made to look to be clean but when opening the beds, there were stains/unwashed ( fecal and blood) dirt, hair on linens.Sliding door to pool does not open very easy, had to really really push to try to open it. Ended up using the other patio door in the bedroom to access pool.Dishwasher was not working during stay, was told it would be fixed but never ended up being contacted with an update.Bathroom drain did not drain and would just continue to fill.Did contact the manger to express concerns and some were addressed and fixed.Would stay here again if the communication and issues that arised were taken more seriously and taken care of in a better manner.

- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- We sincerely apologize for the condition of the linens upon your arrival. Cleanliness is of utmost importance, and we have since followed up with our cleaning team to ensure this does not recur.
- Regarding the dishwasher, a repairman was called immediately after we were informed of the issue, and we apologize for any delay in communication. To acknowledge the inconvenience you encountered during your stay we issued a partial refund as a sign of good gesture. The maintenance team has since addressed the sliding door and bathroom drain issues. Although some challenges can arise unexpectedly, we strive to resolve them as quickly as possible and again we apologize for any inconvenience.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.Spring Break

The home is very nice. The pool controls were upgraded during our stay. Very nice quiet neighborhood

Wonderful vacation. Wish I had more vacation time
5/5 Home was great for us as we love hot tub and pool. Quiet neighborhood but close to main roads to explore area. Kitchen had utensils we needed to cook and grill our meals. Excellent vacation 👌 😎
