    Very comfortable property, close to everything . We enjoyed the Lanai & Pool. Our only concern was there was no Cable TV,although the Roku with Sling did provide viewing. All in all,a Very nice property.

  • Beautiful Cape Coral Retreat

    I came to Florida to get away from the Minnesota winter and was not disappointed. This is a quiet neighborhood, but a quick drive to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants (recommend Point 57 and Ford's Garage - both only a few minutes away). This was a beautiful place to come home to at the end of a day! So clean and comfortable! 2 spacious bedrooms, beautiful kitchen with all new appliances, and a lovely area by the pool to enjoy breakfast or to relax and watch TV (or choose to watch TV on one of the 3 other large, flat screen TVs). Everything was perfect. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

    The duplex was clean, newly updated, and had two nice king sized beds. We enjoyed the patio and the pool. Nice location within walking distance of Jaycee Park on the river. We would stay again on another trip!
