Met our need
5/5 Our son is living in the area for a summer internship. This location met all our needs. The host communicated timely and only as needed, it was clear she would be attentive to any thing we needed her for. Thankfully we didn’t need her for anything during the stay.
These comments are only suggestions and not meant for any other reason. I suggest mentioning the gate has to be pushed pretty hard as the wheel pivots and can make the gate seem as if it won’t open, only confusing when you first arrive. Also, a couple more board games or card games would be helpful but not required!
Great place, clean, no bugs, and conveniently located! Love that they had all the beach needs including towels, made the trip much easier!

Just what we needed
5/5 I can’t say enough good things about the property and the management! We had a death in the family and they worked with us to shift our trip. Everything we needed was there! And I mean EVERYTHING except food and clothes! The beach is right down the street and there is parking, so that was perfect. We were able to see 2 rocket launches while we were there too. Will stay again!

Excellent Location and unit.
5/5 The duplex is just 3 blocks from the beach, about 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and Old Town Cocoa Beach. The rental is very clean with everything needed for a relaxing, pleasant stay.
