  Was ants on kitchen counter and back splash there was also sand on ottoman and couch floors weren't swept. I send some pictures to owner with no reply. Other than that place was cute

• Fit Our Needs

  House was clean, nicely decorated and had pretty much everything we needed. Bed was not uncomfortable, which is rare. It was good having the fenced in yard for our dogs. Neighborhood is a bit rundown but it was quiet and we had no issues. House is close to Publix, Target and some good places to eat in Spring Hill. One suggestion would be to add a broom and/or vacuum. It was pouring rain and we tracked in a lot of grass clippings and sand. We were in town to clean out and prepare a family member's house to go on the market so we brough over our vacuum to clean up.

  Property was decent although the hammock outback appeared moldy. It was clean and had adequate amenities for what we needed it for. I did have difficulty getting into the property and had to call 3 times before i got a response from the owner.
