Not what I expected
3/5 This property is dated and needs some work to warrant the cost per night. The property was not up to the standards that I would want in a community of this status. The carpets in the bedrooms were soiled, there was mold in bathrooms, crumbs under the cushions of the sofa and under the sofa, lanai cushions that were soiled and bath towels on the racks that were frayed among other things. The property was not properly clean when we arrived and I spent several hours cleaning and washing items that were not acceptable. This is not what I expected to do upon arrival. There were other issues that were taken care after phone calls with the host.
As far as the amenities at Lakewood National, golf was difficult to get a tee time and the satellite pool was only heated for about one week of our six week stay.

Lovely stay
5/5 Condo had everything we needed and golf courses are beautiful! Very nice view from lanai. Raj was very attentive and response time was great!

Lousy cleaning
Stained warn carpet
Water leak from the dishwasher
Dishwasher not working
Old mattress
Mail box broken
TV in the bedroom not working
Poop stain on the lanai cushion
Holes in the towels and blankets
Dirty throw rugs.
Priced much above market
Couch old and stained.

- We will address your concerns regarding the cleanliness of the home with the cleaning company so this issue does not affect future guests.
- We're so glad you reached out to let us know of the broken dishwasher so we could replace it right away for you to use for the rest of your stay.
- Mattress taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past.

5/5 Everything was how it looked and said it would be. Much much more kitchen/bath/household amenities than any other VRBO I have stayed. Definitely appears as though this is a well taken care of home to the owner.
