Great location, repairs needed
3/5 We loved the location of this property. Quiet neighborhood, nice pool. The inside is decorated really cute with lots of beach decor and the owner provided a lot of amenities that you wouldn’t find at most rentals- shampoo, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and even some spices in the kitchen. The king and queen bedrooms were nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. With that being said, there are definitely some updates needed to this property to earn a 5 star rating. First off, the third bedroom sleeper sofa really needs an actual bed. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable, even with extra blankets stacked on it. Additionally, the carpet is dirty/stained in this room and this room is hot and not easily cooled. A box fan was provided but very dirty. Overall we had a major issue keeping the home cool as a whole. The property manager attempted to contact the owner and relay the message, but it was two days before anyone was sent out. While the thermostat read 73-76 degrees, the house felt hot, uncomfortable and muggy, especially in the living room, kitchen, and sleeper sofa room. We were told a technician would be sent out at a certain time and they were not which lead to us having to wait around and waste time, something no one wants to do. We were also told by the owner the AC was regularly maintained but the filters inside the unit were completely filthy. The Home needs a full AC replacement and general all around cleaning before we would consider staying again.

5/5 Good location with just a short distance to Anna Marie Island and a nice development if you like to walk. Great atmosphere relaxing in the pool and close to shopping for necessities. Our second stay at this house! Very cozy for a small group.

A Long Weekend Getaway
5/5 This property is exactly as advertised and delightful. We fully enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. Our group (2 couples) has two suggestions for the owners. The first is to include a second night table with lamp in each of the bedrooms. The 2nd is to place 'no slip' strips on the bottom of the tub to prevent any slipping.

Long Weekend at Coral Shores Home
5/5 Very nice home, stay and location. The heated pool is great. Convenient to Anna Maria Island and the beaches.
March get away
5/5 We had a lovely vacation. Our rental was beautiful. Very cozy and bright. Lots of nice touches.We watched a family of Manatees for an hour in the water out back. We loved cycling around the neighbourhood.We used Uber to get around, and on Anna Maria Island the Trolley is free. Great way to get around if you don’t want to rent a car. Lots of great restaurants and shops on AMI. For lunch The Ugly Grouper is fun, and The Rod and Reel overlooks the water. We had perfect weather too.
