I would not stay at this property again
1/5 I would not stay at this property again, I do not recommend it, the pool had so many chemicals that it took the color out of my children's swimwear and caused an allergy on their body, they couldn't even stand their eyes, then all the toilets were clogged, if you turn on the shower the water in the toilet rises and makes very strange sounds and if you wash the dishes the water with the waste comes out through the bathroom drain and the smell is terrible, the house is old, it is true that it was clean but the smell is old and the photos are very deceiving.
Beautiful home
5/5 The host and management team are the best i have ever seen since using verbo. I left my cologne and the did everything they could to get it back to me. They communicated almost every day.. but on the house itself it sits on a quite street everybody in the neighborhood is laid back. House is beautiful great fishing on the dock and great activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking. Really loved the vibe

Bradenton/Cortez house
4/5 The vents in the house needed cleaning badley, lots of dust and I have allergies. Their were multiple years in the pool screens letting mosquitoes into the enclosure and the house. The guest and myself had multiple bites. The house is on a canal which apparently drawing the mosquitoes to the area. I did enjoy the house in general, it was large and for the most part clean. I would not want to rent it again unless the owner had the area sprayed for the mosquitoes because a person could not be comfortable while constantly being bitten. The area was a good location for going to the beach, restaurants, shopping and such.

The pool screen protects mosquitoes but doesn’t work well on no-see-ums. As the house is on the canal, dusk and dawn time are the worst to be outdoor as no-see-ums are most active during those times.

5/5 Lovely home. Right on the water for easy access with kayaks. Manatee were out in the water daily, lots of birds and wildlife to watch. We all enjoyed the pool, and just minutes from the beautiful beach.
