Long weekend
4/5 House was clean, laid out great with master suite at one end and other bedrooms and bath at other end with comfortable beds. Enjoyed enclosed porch for reading. Fully stocked with everything needed for our stay. Quiet neighborhood in wooded area even seeing deer.
Only issue was no TV’s in bedrooms and living room furniture was not comfortable.

House was nice but wouldn't repeat
4/5 House was nice and well appointed. Felt like everything was as advertised. Wifi worked well. About 4 miles/ 12 min drive to Rehoboth Beach.
Not sure if it was the owner or previous guest, but the smell of cigarette smoke throughout the home was rather unpleasant. I have asthma and am very sensitive to smoke. Hopefully can get it cleaned up but it seemed pretty strong.

listing was misleading
4/5 Property was nice but orig posting listed pool and there wasn't one. only told about this after asking to see photos of pool. Took 2 weeks to get reply that it was not available. listed reviews talked about how nice it was to use pool even after we were informed it was not there. Credit was issued, but this was still disappointing since it was too late to look elsewhere. House is nice, spacious, clean and well maintained and very well stocked.
