  Beautiful home that is close, but not too close, to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood thats close to grocery and restaurants.

• Great location and space, lacking in common items and no response.

  Ok so the good, the location is great is exactly where we wanted to be near family in the area.

  The house itself is nice and plenty of room.

  That is about the end of the good things though.

  The place looks like it was poorly staged for some realesta listing pictures, the intet router and items are just sitting on the floor in master bedroom, not even a nice milk crate table like in college.

  The master bedroom was fine does not seem like it has been properly cleaned since house was built since there is dust and hair in every corner and inside what little drawers there were.

  The Master bathroom was nice sized but had a soaking wet mat laying on the floor in front of the shower.

  There was no towels at all or washcloths or anything except a roll of paper towels.

  The second bedroom had a nice bed in it that was covered in some type of animal hair, and a set of smelly sheets sitting on it,

  After a trip to the store to get towles and some laundry soap washed those sheets only to find out they were not for that bed they were too small.

  The other room with the bunks the bottom bunk was good to go, the top bunk had a bed cover over it with huger urine stain on it.

  I tried to reach out to the listing owner but the listing is managed by a company, and that company then siad its managed by the owner .

  I sent an email to the listed contact and tried to call but got no answer or response.

  - The property listing clearly states that towels are not provided, but we understand that this may have been an inconvenience for you.
  - No pets are allowed in the home, and all sheets are cleaned between guests. The sheets in each room are intended to fit the beds, but we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.
  - After hearing your feedback we inspected the bed covers and confirmed that there are no stains present. However, we take your feedback seriously and will continue to monitor the quality of bedding.
  - We were surprised by your comment about communication. We have since checked our records and could not locate any missed calls, emails, or texts. Additionally, we followed up with Evolve and they confirmed that they did not receive any communication from you during your stay.

• Quick Bethan Beach Getaway

  The house is a new build and was beautiful and spacious- as we are a large family and needed ample room. Unfortunately, the cover linens on the beds were not clean - there was a white smear of dried "fluid" on the coverlet in the guest room. Also- there was no extra toilet paper in the house (aside from the rolls on when we arrived). If you plan on staying here, you must bring everything- salt, pepper, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. And clearly- your own linens. You may also need to bring extra hangers- as there are no dressers in any of the bedrooms and maybe about 7 mismatched hangers in each closet. Literally, the children's room only had a bunk bed and a wall-mounted TV. Not even a nightstand to put a nightlight r cup of water on. The biggest disappointment is that although the listing says there is a nearby chicken farm, they do not tell you it is literally right across the street. The smell was horrendous, and we could grill, sit or spend time outside - and you could smell it inside the house at times. It is not a small chicken farm, but three long giant warehouses - the stench is awful. The flies are also terrible, buzzing all around. Hopefully, the owners will provide additional amenities other rentals int he area provide. We have been coming to the beach for over 10 years, and these types of rentals are expected.
