Beautiful clean townhouse
5/5 Everything was absolutely perfect,the place was clean and comfortable and short drives to stores,beach and restaurants/bars. Plenty to do at this location and the amenities inside the development are great. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back!

Nice townhome - good location
5/5 We love the Delaware Seashore area! The last few years we’ve stayed farther north and chose Bethany Beach this year for a change. Greg’s townhouse is conveniently located - a quick trip to the beach with easy traffic, several grocery stores nearby, and you’re not far from Ocean City or Rehoboth if you’re venturing a little farther away.
The townhouse was plenty of space for our family of 5 - comfortable beds, comfortable couch, spacious bedrooms and closets. Loved the upstairs laundry! Kitchen was well equipped for our needs - plenty of empty cabinet space for our groceries. Everything is nice and clean and well cared for.
We also enjoyed the pool during our stay - the pool attendants were very friendly and helpful. Greg was very responsive when we have any questions or issues.
Overall we enjoyed our week at Greg’s property and would recommend it!
