5/5 This was our second year staying at this property and everything was great. It's a great neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the beach, but still close enough to enjoy the day in the water. Looking forward to our next trip.

4/5 Property was compact but still roomy enough for a family of 4-6. Kitchen was a bit tight but functional with all necessary appliances/tools. Gym and pool were nice and convenient to get to. Overall, a good experience; however, we were dismayed with cleaning crew. We watched them arrive at 3:15 p.m. only to see them leave 30 minutes later. Their lack of attention to detail and short time on scene were evident the minute we walked in -- loads of crumbs in the oven boiler drawer; sticky goo in a few spots on the hardwood floors; trash/leftover items between the bunkbeds and wall; more trash stuffed under the upper bunk bed mattress; master bath toilet had a ring and yellowish tint inside the bowl; dead fly on the master bath windowsill; cobwebs on the dining table light fixture
