Spacious home, great location to clubhouse (walking distance)!
5/5 This home was pretty much what we expected.
Was close to the plan clubhouse and property managers were responsive with any questions we had.
A few things we didn’t expect until we arrived: depending on your stay, there may be a “trash day” that you have to set the cans out for.
Our linens were delivered the day we arrived but we had to make the beds ourselves.
Bethany Beach Getaway
5/5 Our family trip to the beach was very comfortable and relaxing in this beautiful home. There is plenty of room through the house with a separate living area on the second floor. Multiple bedrooms with en-suites was a nice luxury to have. The kitchen is beautiful. We plan to stay again next year.

Beautiful home, great community, not-so-great dealing with Evolve pre-check-in
5/5 This property was beautiful and the perfect set up for us. Well maintained, tons of space, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, cool A/C, and clean upon check in.Our only dislikes were:**no starter pack like every other property management company (for example, a roll of toilet paper would have been nice to have… we had ordered some in our groceries but that wasn’t scheduled for 3+ hours after arrival)**The linens were the worst I have every seen. Clean but stained, practically see thru and fitted sheets with no elastic, no mattress pad provided on one of the beds, and comforters not washed between guests. I would most definitely recommend bringing your own (including your own pillows) and simply not using the rental linens that are provided. **no back area/patio. While I realize this is evident in the listing photos, we would have really enjoyed a small back patio for those summer nights and would add value to the home!!And as my title suggests, the house is awesome but Evolve (the company used to manage the rental listing and pre-check in things) was absolutely horrible to deal with. This lead me to reading reviews and they have a laundry list of issues such as the ones we were having and more. As much as I’d love to stay in this house again, I’d be leery to rent any listing listed by Evolve. That being said, I needed to reach out to the homeowners when we were on-site about a minor issue and they were awesomely communicative and kind, which was very refreshing!
