Nice home & good layout for our Family
5/5 This Home worked perfectly for our family, and they were very responsive to our request when contacted. The pictures were accurate,& we all very much liked having both a front porch and a deck.

Do not recommend this property
2/5 We entered through the bottom level via the driveway (if you can call it that). The driveway was barely big enough for our truck, everyone on the left had to get out because the fence was so close. The entry into the the lower living area was disgusting and the room smelled like mildew as soon as we opened the door to the actual living space. Going up the stairs to the upper level the walls and door were exposed and unfinished. The door had no know and could not be opened from upstairs. The upper part of the house was much nicer however 1 of the 3 bedrooms did not have a window unit and there was no air-conditioning. One of the bath towels downstairs looked and smelled like it was already used (smelled of a cologne/men's shower gel. We were not informed that the doors didn't automatically lock but we're not given a code to lock it from the outside. 1 person had to lock the door behind us (we left via the lower level door) and go out the side door that locked automatically. The mosquitos were horrendous as they were living in the area next to the entrance filled with an old Christmas tree, pieces of wood and other junk. Getting out of the driveway was also nearly impossible as the fence across the way is so close.

5/5 The house was a perfect fit for our family of 7. The whole house was clean and inviting. The kitchen was a perfect place to make breakfast before a day of sightseeing.
