  The home has ample space. It’s an older condo so some amenities are hard to use. But, the owner is swift in accommodating requests or repairs. The home could’ve been cleaner but we were there a limited amount of time and didn’t complain. My suggestion to the owner is to have the cleaning team really clean everything, even down to the furniture. The location wasn’t as close as I thought so it took us some time to Uber back and forth. All and all thank you to the owner for providing the space, we enjoyed our stay.

  Our family appreciated and loved our stay at this DC Gem! We were busy checking out the DC sites all day and appreciated the clean and well-stocked place to call home here. We enjoyed dinner and a movie after long days of adventures! We highly recommend this location and property for a family adventure in DC.

  We had a good time in Washington and the host was helpful. However, the bed in the two bedrooms on first floor were not comfortable, the headboard kept making noise and we could not sleep. Some basic items like Shampoo were missing , we missed it in the property description.

• Worse place to rent

  I did not enjoy my stay here. I stayed with a couple of friends for my birthday. I was always getting the complaint that we stepped too hard on a three story townhouse. The owner never communicated that there were elderly people living downstairs. I thought this was the house for the perfect getaway with a couple of friends and we did not even want to stay there even the first day. We left the premises each day for the whole day because we came to the conclusion that if we stepped too hard or played music at a reasonable sound the elderly neighbors would call the police as it happened multiple times. My girls and I received poor accommodations in terms of hospitality because it was as though we weren’t paying for what we actually paid for.
