Gentrifying with a way to go
3/5 If this property had been located anywhere else, it would’ve been a slam dunk. The unit was well appointed with all the essentials, clean, beautifully decorated, with ample parking and space for a family of 4 to stretch out. They even had games, which we partook of both nights we stayed. It’s located in the Deanwood area of the city—close to Reagan Airport, and a 20 min drive from Capitol Hill, but unfortunately, the neighborhood and the unit’s neighbors where terrible. It’s located (rightly) 1 block from the biggest police station I’ve ever seen, and while gentrification is in process, with many updated properties on the block, the unit’s direct neighbors where so loud, drunken, and disruptive at all hours of the day and night, we just couldn’t settle and feel safe.

Safe neighborhood, off street parking
5/5 This was a very comfortable spot for our trip to DC with our grandsons. Good communication with host. Very Clean and well appointed. Safe neighborhood with police station 1 block away. Everything in unit was new with lots of the stuff you need to feel at home away.
