Communication not good
3/5 The communication is not where it needs to be with this property. The house was fine, exactly as pictured, worked well for our family reunion. We had a large issue arise and had to call the local contact they provided in the check in book, then Evolve Property Management and then Vrbo. All told us different things and didn’t communicate between each other, so we were left waiting all day for a resolution and no power in half the house. Everyone we spoke to said they would call us back after they spoke with their manager or the owner and never called back. When we got back in touch with the local contact for the property (at this point it was getting dark, and we had no lights) he informed me he was told we had checked out. WHAT??? Very frustrating.

Pleasant Stay
5/5 The property is nice.The neighborhood is also.We used the grill. It does need a good cleaning.We noticed that there is also a small leak under the kitchen sink.
We had a great stay. Everything was clean and met our expectations.

Relaxing place
5/5 Very relaxing stay. Just outside Woodland Park. Close to Divide also for additional restaurants. Clean and quiet place to relax.
