Nice home with some room for improvement
3/5 We stayed here for five nights, while traveling to Colorado to see music. Here’s what we liked and what we didn’t.
Pros:
-Location is super convenient. Easy access to the highways, grocery store, super close, and near enough to get just about anywhere in the Denver area with minimal trouble.
-The house is very spacious. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for people to spread out and have their own space, but a nice large common area as well.
Cons
- The house was not cleaned well at all. Stained carpet, dust all over the place, not all of the floors were vacuumed, and not all of the beds were cleaned, mold in the fridge, etc
-wear and tear - grime on the doors, marker on the wood railing upstairs, dents on the walls, chipped paint, mildew in the shower, etc
- advertised as a pet, free home, but judging by the amount of hair that we vacuumed up, I don’t think that is always the case.
Would I stay again? Maybe not. But could it work for your group if they made some improvements? Maybe so.

Enjoyed our stay!
5/5 The house was nice and well laid out for our large group. Plenty of sleeping areas, hangout areas, and bathrooms. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely rent this property again.
